The XOXOSpy billing policy is designed to offer users convenient payment methods and straightforward access. The policy takes effect the day you sign up to use XOXOSpy. However, it is subject to changes, which will be communicated to all users. The information provided during sign-up will be used by any new policy clauses. Below are the key points of the policy:
1. Payment Methods:
Payment can be made using MasterCard or Visa credit cards.
Applicable taxes will be added to the subscription fee during payment.
2. Account Suspension Due to Non-Payment:
If a user fails to renew their license by making a payment, their account will be suspended either temporarily or permanently, depending on the situation.
If the user is repeatedly asked to make a payment, a final deadline of 24 hours will be given, after which the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.
3. Changes in Payment Information:
If the user’s payment information changes, they must be informed via email, especially if there are outstanding dues.
If a user’s credit card expires during their use of XOXOSpy, any outstanding balance will remain the user’s responsibility. It is crucial to provide accurate payment information.
4. Account Renewal:
Accounts suspended for any reason will not be automatically renewed. XOXOSpy does not offer an automated renewal option.
Users will need to go through the renewal process manually, either via their online control panel or the “Buy Now” page. If issues arise during renewal, users are encouraged to contact customer support for assistance.
XOXOSpy Refund Policy
The XOXOSpy refund policy is made to protect user interests and ensure the best service. If you encounter an unresolved issue with the XOXOSpy app, the refund policy will provide a safeguard. Please note the following guidelines before reviewing the policy:
1. Supported OS Platforms & Web Browsers:
XOXOSpy is compatible with Android, IOS, and Windows operating systems.
Ensure that your target device is compatible with XOXOSpy software before subscribing to any plan.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Users must install the XOXOSpy app and test the services provided.
If technical issues are encountered, users should contact customer support within 24 hours to resolve the issue. If the issue remains unresolved, users may request a refund.
Refund requests will not be entertained if the XOXOSpy software has not been tested, even if the request is made within 24 hours.
Users must provide a detailed explanation of the technical issues when requesting a refund. The request will be evaluated, and the refund will be calculated accordingly.
Refunds are not available if the license has been suspended due to violations or if the service period has expired.
3. Refund Request Deadline:
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of subscription.
Requests made after 15 days will not be considered.
4. Lump Sum Refund Policy:
- If a feature is not working and is incompatible with the device, 40% of the payment will be refunded.
- Refunds will not be granted if the user decides they no longer wish to use the app after purchasing a subscription or if the purchase was made by mistake, even if the refund request is made within 24 hours. This situation does not qualify under the refund policy.
- If an iPhone user purchases a license and later realizes that their device needs to be jailbroken, they can request a refund within 24 hours and receive a 45% refund.
- If an Android user does not want to root their device, they can request a refund within 24 hours and receive a 20% refund.
- If a user claims they are unable to install the app on their target device due to complex tutorials or video guidelines, they can receive a 20% refund of the total payment if the request is made within three days.
5. Provision of Additional Days:
If a user is unable to install XOXOSpy on their target device after purchasing a subscription due to unforeseen circumstances, they can contact customer support. An extension of up to 15 days for installation may be granted.
6. Refund Process:
To request a refund, users must email support@xoxospy.com. The request will be handled by the sales department.
After requesting via email, users should notify the online assistant to expedite the refund process.
Refund requests cannot be made via support chat.
The refund process can take anywhere from 24 hours to 14 working days, excluding weekends.
XOXOSpy reserves the right to issue refunds, suspend support, and terminate services if users are found to be violating laws or using the services for illegal purposes.
