By purchasing and using the XOXOSpy application software, you agree to comply with the following terms of service:

2. Prohibited Modifications: Users are prohibited from altering XOXOSpy security features. Any attempt to modify the application’s functions, bypass its security measures, or impose limitations on its intended use is strictly forbidden.
3. Interference with Functionality: Users must not engage in activities that adversely affect the application, such as creating viruses, disrupting the normal operation of XOXOSpy, or negatively impacting the user experience.
4. Intellectual Property: Users are not permitted to post, store, transmit, or distribute any content that infringes on XOXOSpy patents or other intellectual property rights.
5. Unauthorized Access: Using automated programs to access XOXOSpy for personal gain without permission is prohibited. Users may not use modified versions of the application to gain unauthorized control over XOXOSpy services.
6. Account Security: Selling or transferring your XOXOSpy account to anyone else is prohibited. Users must not provide access to third parties.
7. Refund and Policy Compliance: All users must follow and comply with XOXOSpy refund policies and other conditions as specified.
8. Installation Consent: Do not download, install, or activate XOXOSpy on a device unless you have the proper written consent of the device owner.
9. Data Collection Restrictions: Users are not allowed to gather data from any device using XOXOSpy without the written consent of the device owner.

Termination of Services

XOXOSpy reserves the right to suspend user access without prior notice or liability under the following circumstances:

Violation of any term of this agreement.

Repeated infringement of XOXOSpy intellectual property rights.

Prolonged inactivity regarding XOXOSpy services.

Failure to pay outstanding fees.

Any other legal or equitable issues as deemed necessary by XOXOSpy.

Indemnification

By agreeing to these terms, you consent to indemnify XOXOSpy and its affiliates from any legal claims, damages, or attorney fees arising from:

Your violation of others’ rights.

Breaches of this agreement.

In case of disputes, XOXOSpy reserves the right to defend itself, and you are obligated to fully cooperate with this defense.

Limited Liability 

Within the legal framework, XOXOSpy and its affiliates are not responsible for any special, punitive, incidental, or similar damages related to your use of the software, even if XOXOSpy was informed of the possibility of such damages. XOXOSpy total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service within the last 12 months, or $1000, whichever is greater.

XOXOSpy Rights

All content, including trademarks, copyrights, visuals, and code associated with XOXOSpy, is the property of XOXOSpy and its affiliates. Users are only permitted to use the software within the limits of their purchased license and per the agreement.

Restrictions

As a user of XOXOSpy, you agree not to:

Reproduce the software in any way.

Modify the software to meet personal needs.

Alter the software’s configuration or features.

Reverse-engineer the software to access its source code.

Sell, rent, or loan the software to third parties.

Use XOXOSpy for commercial purposes outside the scope of this agreement.

Change identifying factors such as logos or copyrights associated with XOXOSpy.

Data Policy  

XOXOSpy allows users to host, store, share, and publish their data in compliance with these terms and applicable laws. Users assume all risks associated with storing and transmitting data. XOXOSpy is not responsible for any data shared by users during surveillance, especially if it is used for illegal purposes. XOXOSpy reserves the right to remove or stop uploading data as deemed necessary.

XOXOSpy may use the data you collect to determine your location and track activities related to downloading, purchasing, and subscribing to the XOXOSpy Services. XOXOSpy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such location data.

Future Modifications & Updates

Terms of service and usability criteria may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on the XOXOSpy website, and all users must agree to the latest terms while using the software.

Payment Conditions & Cancellation of Subscription 

XOXOSpy services are subscription-based. Payment is made by credit card, and the subscription period depends on the package selected. Customers must renew their membership upon the completion of the current term. The renewal process is designed to be user-friendly. Note that renewing a subscription does not require reinstalling or downloading the software. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, no refunds will be issued once a subscription is made, regardless of early termination.
